Conference Terms & Conditions
Please note our standard Terms & Conditions:
- No reservation will be accepted and confirmed without a 50% deposit.
- Deposits by credit card will be affected with clients' permission when details (card number, expiry date, last three digits on back of card) are provided.
- For direct bank deposits, our banking details are obtainable from theCONTRACT LETTERon our website.
- Invoice(s) to be paid strictly upon receiving of the invoice at reception.
- A 50% cancellation fee will apply if reservation cancelled within 30 days prior to expected arrival date.
- A 100% cancellation fee will apply if reservation cancelled within 14 days prior to expected arrival date.
- Conference accommodation rates and availability might fluctuate according to seasonal availability.
- 14% VAT is included in the amounts
- Venue hire can only seat between 6 - 45 people
- Standard conference equipment serves part of venue hire rates
- Contract letter to be signed and acknowledged and faxed back to the hotel to secure booking and payment agreement
