Equipment

No reservation will be accepted and confirmed without a 50% deposit.
Deposits by credit card will be affected with clients' permission when details (card number, expiry date, last three digits on back of card) are provided.
For direct bank deposits, our banking details are obtainable from theCONTRACT LETTERon our website.
Invoice(s) to be paid strictly upon receiving of the invoice at reception.
A 50% cancellation fee will apply if reservation cancelled within 30 days prior to expected arrival date.
A 100% cancellation fee will apply if reservation cancelled within 14 days prior to expected arrival date.
Conference accommodation rates and availability might fluctuate according to seasonal availability.
14% VAT is included in the amounts
Venue hire can only seat between 6 - 45 people
Standard conference equipment serves part of venue hire rates
Contract letter to be signed and acknowledged and faxed back to the hotel to secure booking and payment agreement
